SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service apply to text messages sent by J.J. Jardina Company, Inc. (“J.J. Jardina,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in connection with a wholesale produce inquiry.

Program description

If you opt in, J.J. Jardina may send transactional text messages about the wholesale produce inquiry you submitted. Messages may include an inquiry confirmation and replies or updates needed to coordinate follow-up with our team. This program is not an agreement to supply product, a price quote, an order confirmation, or a guarantee of product availability, pickup, delivery, timing, or capacity. Those details are confirmed by our team.

How you opt in

You may opt in by affirmatively agreeing to receive a text confirmation when asked by the J.J. Jardina website assistant or by selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on a J.J. Jardina website form. Providing a phone number by itself is not SMS consent. The checkbox must be unchecked by default, and you may submit an inquiry without opting in to text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive one confirmation plus any replies or service-related updates needed for the inquiry you submitted.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. J.J. Jardina does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from J.J. Jardina. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further text messages will be sent unless you later opt in again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
